Cosmic Light is reflections in a light bulb. This bulb faces downward from the chandelier One can see the white sideways U shaped filament. One can see the circular reflection of the internal glass bulb as the several circles or partial circles. The white reflections are the upright chandelier bulbs bouncing off the table below.
