[PATCH wireless-next] wifi: mac80211_hwsim: Update comments in header

- Reorders 'HWSIM_ATTR_PAD' to after 'HWSIM_ATTR_FREQ',
  matching order in 'enum hwsim_attrs'
- Change references from old commands to new names
- Fixes typos
