[PATCH RFC net-next v2 2/3] vsock/test: Introduce get_transports()

Return a bitmap of registered vsock transports. As guesstimated by grepping
/proc/kallsyms (CONFIG_KALLSYMS=y) for known symbols of type `struct
virtio_transport`.
