[PATCH 1/5] dt-bindings: samsung: exynos-sysreg: add exynos7870 sysregs

Add sysreg compatible strings for the Exynos7870 SoC. Two sysregs are
added, used for the SoC MIPI PHY's CSIS and DSIM blocks.
