OK yeah this is a very silly error :)

I'm asserting:

		VM_WARN_ON_ONCE((vma->vm_flags & VM_REMAP_FLAGS) == VM_REMAP_FLAGS);

So err.. this should be:

		VM_WARN_ON_ONCE((vma->vm_flags & VM_REMAP_FLAGS) != VM_REMAP_FLAGS);

This was a super late addition to the code and obviously I didn't test this as
well as I did the remap code in general, apologies.

Will fix on respin! :)
