This is the official release of ktls-utils 1.1.0 Due to problems with the new release process, I've reverted back to the old by-hand process to generate a signed tag and release artifacts as we had for previous releases. A fresh release has been created to avoid further confusion. This release also contains a few bug fixes and a change in the contribution process, as previously discussed on this mailing list.
