[PATCH] docs: kbuild/kconfig: add alldefconfig to the all*configs

Add "alldefconfig" to the explanation of the KCONFIG_ALLCONFIG
environment variable usage so that all targets that use KCONFIG_ALLCONFIG
are listed.
