Things like iommu STE/CD entires are HW specified and currently allocated from slab, so there may be something interesting there. They could also possibly be converted to page allocations.. But I think we will come up with cases where maybe a kmemcache specifically for KHO objects makes some sense. Need to get further along. Jason
