Nothing appears to prevent cmd from being freed immediately after
mutex_unlock()

Then, the same UAF as in the stacktrace in the commit message would
still be possible.

Maybe instead:

	lockdep_assert_held(&hdev->mgmt_pending_lock);

here and have the caller hold the lock as long as it uses the cmd?
Looks like callers are not doing something that takes a long time, so
it could work.
