From: Rafael J. Wysocki <rafael.j.wysocki@xxxxxxxxx> After recent changes, pinctrl-amd will not support hibernation when CONFIG_HIBERNATION is set and CONFIG_SUSPEND isn't because it will not register amd_gpio_pm_ops then.
