Now that rdpmc() is gone, i.e. rdpmcl/rdpmcq() is the only helper, why not simply
rename rdpmcl() => rdpmc()?  I see no point in adding a 'q' qualifier; it doesn't
disambiguate anything and IMO is pure noise.
