and the appropriate queuing disciplines under "QoS and fair queueing",
as well as enabled QoS and fair queueing there?
and btw: "i have readed a HOWTO" -- it's confusing but it's the
english language with all its exceptions... the past participle of "to
read" is "read", which is pronounced just like "red" -- ("to
read[reed]", but "to have read[red]").
