As the modpod draft WGLC is concerned with revising how the IETF manages participation, I consider it a good idea to flag this to members of the IETF list. I would suggest that interested members take a look at the draft and form their own opinion of whether it strikes the right balance.

If you find you have comments, please send them to MODPOD. The WG's list volume has been relatively high recently (too high for me to have read it) but that's the right venue. If doing so, please avoid copying the IETF list.
