And so can I via a HE tunnel. In his case if you follow the URL in the Gmail
rejection message, the page says that his ISP told them not to accept mail from
that range. The solution is either to stick to v4 or find another provider that
supoorts mail over v6.

The Spamhaus PBL listing is a hint, since it is specifically about network
ranges which by policy don't send mail. Google makes their own decisions which
in this case happen to be the same.
