Atlassian, Trello, side meetings and privacy considerations.

Hi.
I don't know what the relationship is between IETF and Trello, but I
discovered today that even checking out the page describing a
scheduled side meeting at IETF 113 requires signing up for a Trello
account (that is independent of trying to schedule one, which might
be a different issue).   While I understand side meetings are not
official IETF activities, they are using facilities that the IETF LLC
is presumably paying for in one way or another, being promoted on
IETF mailing lists and to IETF participant, etc.  Shouldn't they be
subject to the same privacy considerations as have been repeatedly
discussed on this list?
