IHG, I expect.  It happened to me, too.

I think they are uniquely broken, but I've been trying to make inquiries to see what
is going on.  What was particularly odd was that I exchanged a lot of mail with their
support department via the forbidden address, but couldn't use it to log into my
account on their web site.
