It is a trivial amount of traffic. It could be from a Raspberry Pi in my basement. And it doesn't have to actually work all of the time. I was not suggesting replacing YouTube, that can be around too. And, presumably, the IETF copies are not relying on YouTube either. So can we put them on BitTorrent? And make that very transparent by having the IETF do it?
