Hi, I went to scan RFC4130 to learn about AS2. Your work might fit into the HTTPAPI WG; I'm not really involved in that WG. That WG is more about tools rather than results such as 4130. If nothing else, I think you should ask for some agenda time at the next meeting, join that mailing list, and get an I-D.petta-rfc4130bis document posted. You'll want to use the MT makfiles with kramdown, and cabo@xxxxxxx can help you turn rfc4130 txt into kramdown.
