Document: draft-ietf-sidrops-rpki-crl-numbers
Title: Handling of Resource Public Key Infrastructure (RPKI) Certificate
Revocation List (CRL) Number Extensions Reviewer: Daniele Ceccarelli Review
result: Ready

Hello,

i've been selected for an OPS-DIR review of the draft.

The draft is very simple and straightforward and ready to be moved to next
stage. I've some very minor nits/suggestions.

-Abstract: i suggest rewording, it's a bit hard to follow. Maybe something
like: This document revises the process used by the RPKI to manage the
revocation of CRL extensions. I'm not an English native speaker and this can be
further improved. - Introduction: i like the way it's arranged. All draft
should say what is the context, what is the problem that the draft aims to
solve and how it will do it. - 2.Summary: I don't think a summary is needed at
the beginning. This is part of what the draft aims to do, i would put this text
in the intro. - i would also merge 1.3 and 3. It's all about the changes to
RFC6487. Maybe you could have 3.1 with the summary of the changes and 3.2 with
the updates section by section.

>From and pure operational point of view i don't see any issue introduced by the
draft, and this is also correctly stated in section 4.

Thanks
Daniele
