There's about 200 million registered domain names and 8 billion people so as an upper limit 2.5%.  I am reasonably
sure that most domains are registered by speculators and other businesses so the real number is probably an order
of magnitude less.

I'd rather control this at the data tracker or with each organization that I'd want to be able to tie together all of my information. I could decide to leave off ones that are not relevant as well. Might something get missed, yes.
