I would like to organise a BoF to discuss updating the rules on changing RFCs, and would appreciate some input from people who have organised a BoF before. You should post on the rfc-interest[1] mailing list that has had recent discussions about what is “mutable” in a published RFC. There is also a working group [2] chartered to make recommendations in this area. [1]
