After ietf122 is before ietf123 - but where to talk about it ?

So, what is our preferred mailing list to talk about ietf123 participation issues,
given how the ietf122 mailing list goes away soon - and the ietf123attendees mailing list
may open up to late to talk about things that may require more preparation ?

(and ietf@xxxxxxxx seems to be focussing on even longer term meeting issues)

So for example: I very much enjoyed Paris IETF's. But even that the second time we
went there (and that i attended), the match between our noon break and what Paris
considered to be an appropriate noon break time was ... non ideal.

Now i heard and checked that restaurants in Madrid supposedly only start to open up
at 1PM. Resulting in suggstions by paticipants to maybe add another 1 hour slot plus
30 minute break to our normal morning schedule. But have not seen this discussed..

Thanks!
