Yes,
1. but as has been said: contracts can sometimes be adjusted, given time.
2. any negotiation with Bullies just encourages them to be more shitty.

I'm unclear what federal elections occur in November 2025.
I thought those are all state elections.

My bad. The next US federal elections are in November 2026. There may be a few partial elections in 2025.
