On Windows it's launches some sort of unified app where you can connect your phone and PC together - we don't have an equivalent (maybe KDE connect?)

Suggest KEY_LINK_PHONE would be a good fit?

Let me know if you want to do a patch to fix this - otherwise I'm happy to do so (I should have done it previously, this key shows up on a bunch of platforms)
