I am guessing the jxl files should be a bit bigger than 0 bytes.

A weird issue happened when running “touch -r [input] [output]” which worked fine on Fedora 42 but return empty file on Fedora 43. The fix is already submitted under f43-backgrounds-base-43.0.0-1 which should be bigger than 0 bytes.
