So this is a bogus event since the event cannot [in theory] be delivered to systemd, and anyway, was not logged by evtest. This is a big problem I think.
Grab both. I don't know why there are two, but maybe it's the other one. I don't know where else logind would be seeing a power key. It's possible that it could come from the keyboard, but that's very unlikely.
