Meanwhile fixed by symlinking in /lib/firmware/intel ln -s ibt-0190-0291.ddc.xz ibt-0190-0291-pci.ddc.xz ln -s ibt-0190-0291.sfi.xz ibt-0190-0291-pci.sfi.xz Aftwards "dracut --force" and reboot.
