CITATION and DESCRIPTION are not. - Package requires R-core. Please explain. The guidelines do not seem to mention this, and many R packages have the same. b) Is it possible to ask upstream to add a license file? https://github.com/nalimilan/R2HTML/issues/9 c) Many files in the tar ball have executable permissions. Can these permissione be removed?
