Description: Samaano is a variable width, weight, and slant axes mono-space
font created
using mostly rectangular components. It is fully created using open source
tools. It covers a wide range of Latin, Greek Tamil and Devanagari based
languages.

- Updated to version 2.401
- changes upstream to gitlab
- removed static fonts and generating variable font only as packaging both is
causing problem
