For 31 KB in 3 files ?

For the build of the DB it is used inside of the '%cmake_build' macro.

In this place, we could use the '%make_build' macro
 | # rpm --eval %{make_build}
 | /usr/bin/make -O -j${RPM_BUILD_NCPUS} V=1 VERBOSE=1

This is a common script that is not meant to be executed directly, but is
sourced by other scripts instead.

We can examine again what can be done achieved reasonable effort.
