This doesn’t build:

DEBUG util.py:459:  Problem 1: nothing provides requested
(crate(bmart-derive/default) >= 0.1.4 with crate(bmart-derive/default) <
0.2.0~)
DEBUG util.py:459:   Problem 2: nothing provides requested
(crate(triggered/default) >= 0.1.2 with crate(triggered/default) < 0.2.0~)

For problem 2, there is bug 2365816, but for problem 1, it looks like you will
have to package rust-bmart-derive first.
