There's no crond.service here, just cron.target (and a few other units, but for
auxillary tasks only)

The *only* thing needed to be using "alternatives" is the crontab binary.

AND could the tmpfiles.d drop-in for `/var/spool/cron` as well as the
sysusers.d drop-in for `crontab` group be put in the `crontabs` package?
For *all* cron implementations?

And please, I *have* to `Provides: cronie` in order to sanely satisfy all
dependants of cron, `systemd-cron` is pretty much compatible anyways...

If I have to have an optional dependency on sendmail, I will `Reommends:
%{_bindir}/sendmail`. Am I right?
