Did you actually check this? Because it doesn't:

Problem 1: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides (crate(libz-sys) >= 1.1.21 with crate(libz-sys) < 2.0.0~)
needed by rust-gzp+deflate_zlib-devel-1.0.1-1.fc43.noarch from fedora
  - nothing provides (crate(libz-sys/libc) >= 1.1.21 with crate(libz-sys/libc)
< 2.0.0~) needed by rust-gzp+deflate_zlib-devel-1.0.1-1.fc43.noarch from fedora
 Problem 2: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides (crate(libz-sys) >= 1.1.21 with crate(libz-sys) < 2.0.0~)
needed by rust-gzp+libz-sys-devel-1.0.1-1.fc43.noarch from fedora
