Update Information:

Update to 20250722.
The main user-visible change is that a new API function RE2::Set::Size is
exposed.
The version of the python3-google-re2 package now matches the version on
PyPI and in the Python metadata, i.e. 1.1.20250722 rather than 20250722. The
package Epoch has been bumped to preserve a clean upgrade path.
