Update Information:

This release fixes clock_getcpuclockid() to set errno. It adds support for
poll(), psignal(), strsignal(), and statvfs() syscalls. It adds :poll export
tag. It TIMER_ABSTIME to the :clock export tag. It implements a scalar context
to clock_getres() and clock_gettime(). It improves a performance of
clock_getcpuclockid() without arguments. It also updates a documentation.
