Fix /usr/lib64/plymouth/tribar dir not being owned (rhbz#2279776)
Fix keymap and capslock icons not shown on monitor on second GPU (rhbz#2375854)
Make the prompt on the diskunlock screen look a bit better (rhbz#2356893)
Add patches from upstream to fix messages being logged twice on serial consoles
