That change was made in december of last year. We needed more, smaller
builders to handle the building flow.

There is still one with 3 cpus ( buildvm-s390x-20 ) thats in the
'heavybuild' channel.

We did apply updates and reboot on aug 4th
We did upgrade things to f42 in july.

No other hardware changes I know of...

Thanks for the info.  What qualifies things for the "heavybuild" channel?
