Sure. I cannot do that myself other than orphaning the package and
taking it again.

not allow any admin to rise privileges.
Do you know a better way of doing it?
Access https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/freeipa/settings#giveproject-tab as
main admin. (Or I can do it, if you tell me who the main admin should be.)
