I will ask Glycin upstream about XPM, but it's pretty obsolete so I
wouldn't be surprised if the answer is "stop using XPM."
gdk-pixbuf definitely does want to provide non-Glycin loaders anymore.
But the code is not deleted yet, so Fedora could theoretically enable
only this loader and not any of the others. (It would conflict with
gdk-pixbuf2-modules-extra, though, so this would need to be
coordinated.)
