Ugh.

Will it at least be possible to load OpenSSL 4 and 3 into the same
process?  That's going to be difficult to get to work for dlsym-based
FFI.

I think it technically would be possible - as it was possible to have libcrypto.so from 1.1.1 and 3.0. 
However, it caused a lot of issues and debugging was also a special fun
