I plan to retire python-system-calls package

I maintain the system-calls Python package upstream. It gets new version whenever there are new system calls in the Linux kernel.

Each new version is built automatically (via Github Action) and uploaded to the Pypi registry.

In the past I was uploading new version to Fedora rawhide.

Recently I decided to retire it from Fedora. It is a niche package, very low user base (if at all).

If anyone wants to use it then 'pip install system-calls' will work fine.

Do I need anything more than "fedpkg retire DESCRIPTION" command? I took it from "Fedora packaging" documentation:
