I think bijiben and gtksourceview4 are suspicious and maybe orphaned in error. I do not see announcements of orphaning them here on the list (only one from 2016 for bijiben) and both built fine in rawhide and earlier Fedoras. ngompa is the main admin of the gtksourceview4, which might be added just recently, only not mentioned on the list? Though that still does not explain why it had been orphaned. The bijiben has a short notice in the [1] saying: `Orphaned for: Orphaned by releng` which is not helpful. I tried to search releng tickets [2], but that did not catch anything.
