Now that f43 has branched I will be updating:
ceph to ceph 20 (tentacle)
ceph to ceph 20 (tentacle)
libarrow to arrow-21.0.0, includes SONAME bump
liborc to orc-2.2.0, includes SONAME bump
side-tag f44-build-side-116633 has been created for the purpose of building these and the dependent packages.
I believe the packages with hard dependencies on libarrow and will need to be rebuilt are:
gdal
groonga
root
Several packages have soft dependencies and do not need to be rebuilt according to their maintainers:
myst-nb
python-dask
python-dask-expr
python-distributed
python-formulaic
python-fsspec
python-geopandas
python-pandas
python-papermill
python-pyogrio
N.B. I'm not a proven-packager, so I will not be able to rebuild any of the dependent packages.
