smbldap-tools is already a Fedora package.
If you want to see this in EPEL you should follow https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/epel-package-request/

Hi all,
I hope this message finds you well.
I have submitted smbldap-tools for EPEL 9 (Bug 2374089). This package
revives smbldap-tools from Fedora 34, as it continues to be useful in
directory-integrated environments. It depends on perl-Crypt-SmbHash,
which has already been submitted for review (Bug 2374088).
The review has been pending for a few weeks, so I’m wondering if
anyone might have time to help review this package.
For convenience, the GitHub repository with the SPEC file, SRPM, and
mock build logs is available here:
https://github.com/redadmin-k/smbldap-tools-epel9-rpm
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Best regards,
Akiyohi Kurita (redadmin-k)
