This package has a noutobuild file without a documented justification (in the file or in the commit message that added it).

I see it was now built in Rawhide.

Until now, the package still shipped a file for Python 3.12.

  /usr/lib64/python3.12/distutils/distutils.cfg

It needs to be rebuilt with Python 3.14 on Rawhide (now done) and with Python 3.13 on older Fedoras.

Or, if the package makes no sense in "regular" Fedora and only needs to be built in flatpak environments, we should remove it from Rawhide and future branches.

Either way, I don't think this should have a noautobuild file.
