It was previously maintained by Chedi Toueiti (FAS: chedi), who was removed from the packager group due to the inactive packagers policy[1][2].

You can infer the previous maintainer from the commit history[3] (less reliable since some packages get most of their commits from people other than their “primary” maintainers) and from the previous assignee of any open bugs, like the one about version 0.9.4[4], which is almost always the “main admin” of the package. I don’t know a more direct way to find this out.
