This is the first batch of bugs reported regarding the use of systemctl to signal daemons in logrotate postrotate scripts.

Prerequisite for systemctl kill:

- selinux-policy: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2369644

Cases where the ExecReload action of the daemon's unit file sends the same signal:

- coturn: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2371578
- icecast: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2371574
- svxlink: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2371317
- syslog-ng: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2369650

Cases where reload/restart is already used and can be simplified with try-reload-or-restart/try-restart:

- dionaea: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2371637
- prosody: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2371331
- radsecproxy: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2371326
- yadifa: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2372368

Cases where systemctl kill is suggested:
