If the fix was merged, but has never been built (successfully) in Koji,
any packager can fire off a new build in rawhide.

I'm also affected by the pysnmp problem in F42. I will take care of the F42/F43 build (and update in bodhi) later today.

I have an interest in that package, so I would be happy to be an official co-maintainer.

Whether an update in F41 would make sense needs some more investigation: in my use case, pysnmp works in F41. On the other hand, pysnmp changed their API between 4.4.12 and 7.1.x:
