Try this for Copr: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/login/ — it's working fine for me.
https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/user/stevenfalco also works on my system.
https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/ is working fine too.
Maybe try resetting your password or opening the site in a private/incognito tab.
