I've reported some issues to upstream projects I"m more or less affiliated with to consider migrating to libsoup3,
so the list of `dnf repoquery --whatrequires=libsoup` can get a bit smaller instead:
geany-plugins-geniuspaste: https://github.com/geany/geany-plugins/issues/1422
geany-plugins-updatechecker: https://github.com/geany/geany-plugins/issues/1423
xfce4-weather-plugin: https://gitlab.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-weather-plugin/-/issues/94

Hello,
I realized I maintain the libsoup package, but everything else I
maintain and what used to use the libsoup had been ported to libsoup3
long time ago, thus it does not make much sense to me to maintain the
package I do not use, neither depend on. There are sill plenty of users
of it (dnf repoquery --whatrequires=libsoup), thus maybe some of them
will take care of the package.
I found out I'm the maintainer because there had been filled rather
many libsoup CVE bugs recently.
Bye,
Milan
